• Fire Walking: Agreement to participate in activities involving physical risk, under professional guidance.

• Kambo Healing: Consent to the administration of Kambo medicine and understanding of the associated purging process.

• Shamanic Healing: Acceptance of spiritual and energetic practices, including soul retrieval and energy clearing.

• Sound Healing: Acknowledgment of the use of sound vibrations and their potential effects on the body and mind.

2. Informed Consent Process

Prior to each service, participants will:

• Receive a detailed explanation of the service, including its purpose, methods, potential risks, and benefits.

• Be provided with an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarifications about the session or activity.

For specific services:

• Kambo Healing: Participants must complete a health screening questionnaire and confirm adherence to preparation and aftercare instructions.

• Fire Walking: Participants must attend a safety briefing and agree to follow all facilitator instructions during the event.

3. Health and Safety Disclosures

To ensure your safety, we require participants to disclose:

• Medical conditions such as heart issues, epilepsy, respiratory disorders, or chronic illnesses.

• Allergies, including sensitivity to substances used in ceremonies (e.g., Kambo medicine).

• Pregnancy or any conditions that may require modified approaches or contraindicate participation.

Failure to disclose such information may result in risks for which Beyond Silence Healing cannot be held liable.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time before or during a session.

• If you choose to stop a session, we will respect your decision without judgment.

• In cases where withdrawal occurs after the session has commenced, refunds may not be provided due to preparatory costs incurred.

5. Documentation of Consent

For legal and safety purposes, consent will be documented as follows:

• Signed Consent Forms: Paper or digital forms signed before the session or event.

• Health Screening Records: For services like Kambo Healing, detailed health questionnaires will be securely stored.

• Recorded Verbal Consent: For virtual sessions, verbal consent may be recorded with prior notice.

All consent documentation will be retained for a period of up to 3 years in compliance with data protection regulations.

Participation in any service offered by Beyond Silence Healing is voluntary. However, by providing consent, participants agree to:

• Follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by facilitators.

• Acknowledge the inherent risks associated with activities such as Kambo Healing and Fire Walking.

Consent does not waive the participant’s right to address concerns or provide feedback regarding the session.
